Pick up a card from the Church Vestibule or print the form using the button below.
4 ways to return your registration form:
1. Collection Basket
Put your printed form or registration card in the collection basket at Sunday Mass.
2. Email or Text
Scan or simply snap a clear photo of your printed form and email it to Shelly Boylson.
